A Tale of Two Field Trips...

(Pre-Storm Day 2 in Wyoming)

Field Trip 1
On September 13th I went on a work field trip. We first stopped at the Thistle land slide, then went down to the Castle Dale Formation by Helper, UT. From there it was on to look at some formations on our way to Duchesne.
This is the EGI group.

Thanks for the photo David. Can you find me in the picture? I'm the one with the orange vest on.

Vaughn and Matthias helped a woman that had broken down on the side of the road.
All in all it was a fun trip and I thought the orange EGI vests were so funny.

Field Trip 2
On September 18th & 19th I went with my PICP 1 class to Wyoming to look at the Seviver fold and thrust belt from Ogden and up into Wyoming.

The guy on the rock is John and he co-led the field trip.

I met a lot of the people that are new to the department and there were a few from the good old days!

So In Love...

Bryan and I had Engagement photos taken. We booked the best photographer and I'm not just saying that because she's my favorite sister. Heather did an amazing job and we love them. Here are just a few of the pics.

Thanks again Heather! We love them.
