Sophie's First Christmas

We had so much fun with Sophie's first Christmas.

She got up really early.

Teething woke her, but she was so excited to see the 

new toys under the tree. 

Sophie started with her stocking.

Then it was on to the wrapped presents.

Mostly Sophie liked playing with the tissue paper 

we wrapped the gifts in.

It was so much fun. Sophie got to see her Grandparents and most of her Aunts and Uncles. It was a beautiful day and one we will never forget.

Side note: Santa forgot C batteries for the blue dinosaur. He sent them the next day, but he will do better next year :-)

 Sophie is 28 weeks old and I dare you to try to get her to sit still!

Sophie Meets Santa...

Sophie was so excited...

she loved seeing all the other kids.

It was a really long line (an hour wait) but she patiently waited.

Until she just couldn't stay awake anymore.

We tried to wake her up to meet Santa, but...

it only lasted for a minute. 
Santa did say a sleeping baby is his favorite kind!

First Party of the Holiday Season

On Saturday, we went to the Anderson Family Christmas Party.  We had so much fun. Sophie (who is 26 weeks old) got all dressed up and looked so cute. It was so nice seeing everyone and catching up. Sorry I didn't take more pictures, but here are a couple.

Thankful...

This little lady is 25 weeks old.

For Thanksgiving we met up with Bryan's family for breakfast. Then we went up to Logan to eat dinner with my family. Sophie had so much fun playing with her cousin Will.

 Then on saturday we went to cut down our Christmas tree, and ran into Bryan's Aunt Dolores when we stopped for lunch.

Sophie loved the cold and the mountains.

 And she loved riding around in the backpack.

We got a great Christmas tree.

Sophie had fun touching her first Christmas Tree.

It was a great long weekend!
